My process is structured and collaborative, guiding you from discovery through a cohesive brand identity designed to support your business as it grows.

Research & Creative Direction

Every project begins with understanding your business, your story, vision, values, and the audience you serve.
Through the onboarding comprehensive questionnaire, I review your responses and identify how your brand should be positioned. From there, I develop a creative direction that captures the character of your brand and guides the entire design process. This foundation ensures the final identity feels cohesive, meaningful, and aligned with your business.

Design & Developement

Using the creative direction established in the first phase, I begin designing your initial logo & brand concepts.
This includes exploration of your logo system, color palette curation, typography suite, and your overall brand vibes (the visual language of your brand). I will present everything through a recorded video walkthrough where I explain the rationale behind each concept. After watching the presentation, it's your turn! This is such an important part of the collaboration. You’ll share your feedback so we can move into the refinement stage with clear direction feeling fully aligned and on brand AF.

Refinement & Brand Approval

Using your feedback from the concept presentation, I will refine the selected design direction and finalize the brand identity.
You’ll see your brand applied across realistic mockups so you can visualize how it will appear across important touchpoints. - In other words you get to see how your new brand looks & feels "out in the wild".
The mockups will be brand & industry specific & may include website mockup, social media, stationery, packaging, etc.
This stage allows us to confirm everything feels cohesive and ready for final approval.

Once the final designs are approved, I prepare your complete brand package so that everything is organized and ready for launch.

Before we design a single page, we need to understand your goals. We'll start by diving into your business, your ideal clients, and what you want your website to accomplish. Who are you trying to reach? What actions do you want visitors to take? What sets you apart from competitors?

We'll also analyse your target audience and market positioning to ensure your site speaks directly to the clients you want to attract. By the end of this phase, we'll have a clear website roadmap - outlining your site's structure, key features, messaging strategy, and user journey. This foundation ensures every design decision is intentional and aligned with your business goals.

Website Concept

Now it's time to bring your website to life visually. We'll create design mockups that show exactly how your site will look and feel - from the homepage to service pages, layout, colour schemes, typography, and navigation.

These mockups give you a tangible preview of your website before any development begins, so you can see how everything comes together. We'll walk you through the design, gather your feedback, and make revisions to ensure the final concept aligns with your brand and vision. Once you've approved the design, we'll have a solid blueprint ready for development.

Development & Build

With your design approved, we'll start building your website on your chosen platform (whether that's Shopify, Squarespace, WordPress, or another CMS). This process typically takes one to few weeks, depending on the size and complexity of your site.

Once the test site is ready, we'll send you a demo link so you can explore everything - click through pages, test features, and see your brand come to life online. This is your chance to request any final tweaks before we go live. We want you to feel completely confident and excited about your new website.

Testing & launch

Before launch, we'll run thorough tests to ensure everything functions flawlessly - from mobile responsiveness to page speed, forms, links, and overall user experience. We don't launch until your site is polished and performing beautifully.

Once everything is ready, we'll handle the launch and provide you with all the assets, documentation, and training you need to manage and update your website confidently. Whether it's adding new content, updating images, or making small edits, you'll have everything you need to keep your site running smoothly. This handover marks the successful completion of your project - and the exciting beginning of your elevated online presence.
